Blakely and Jack first crossed paths at Boston College, where Jack was friends with Blakely's brother, Craig. Craig made the introduction - little did he know he was setting up a future wedding speech for himself.

Years later, their paths converged again in Manhattan, when Blakely started working at the same company as Jack. What began with a first date quickly grew into a relationship that would carry them across cities, adventures, and years together.

Blakely returned to Boston for her senior year, and Jack found himself back there too (he will say it was not for her, but the timing tells a different story). After graduation, Blakely moved to Dallas while Jack settled in Nashville. Eventually, Blakely joined him there - perfectly tucked between her family in Fairhope, Alabama, and his in Darien, Connecticut.

Together, they have traveled to France, Spain, and beyond, but more than anything, they've loved sharing the day-to-day as best friends. Their favorite times together usually include great food, even better company, and the simple joy of being side-by-side.

In June, Jack proposed on Martha's Vineyard, honoring his parents who had gotten engaged there decades earlier. They celebrated the occasion with lobsters on the beach and a bottle of Dom Perignon - the perfect toast to the rest of their lives together.

Blakely and Jack cannot wait to begin this new chapter and are so excited to celebrate it with all of you.
